    Delivery disclaimer

    Doesn't matter how nice the hamper was, the fact it was delivered on the exact date I did NOT ask for or want, and was just dumped on the doorstep in full view of any would-be thieves makes this company a no-go as far as I'm concerned.

    Late delivery I totally understand & accept, but 4days earlier than requested?

    I knew my friends would at a tough all-day hospital appointment on the Friday, so chose the following Monday for the hamper to be delivered.It was dumped on their doorstep on the Friday .

    I did "reach out" and the response was "there's a disclaimer about delivery during the purchase process." very off-hand response.

    I will not be using this company again.

We always do our best to aim for delivery dates but occasionally the couriers timeframes can be slightly earlier than we anticipated.

    Very happy customer

    Beautiful hamper and I can't believe how quickly it arrived. I ordered online at lunchtime on Sunday and it arrived at my home in northern Victoria at lunchtime on the Tuesday. 48 hours unbelievable.
