Need it faster? Choose Express Delivery at checkout from $21.90 — you’ll get priority service via StarTrack or Aramex, with metro deliveries in 1–2 business days.
We follow Australian Consumer Law and aim to ensure you're happy with your hamper. Here's a summary of our policy:
Change of Mind: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel or amend it—please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your hamper arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours. Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll provide a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement, or partial refund.
Refunds & Replacements: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Replacements are sent at no extra charge.
Perishable or Personalised Items: We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (like cheese or chocolate) unless they are faulty. Personalised hampers also can't be refunded unless damaged or defective.
Late or Missing Deliveries: If your hamper hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll follow up with our delivery partners.
